History of WE THE PEOPLE- INDIGENOUS DOCTORS SANGHA (IDS)

WTPIDS (We the people indigenous doctor sangh) has been formed by the bahujan doctors for the overall development of bahujan doctors as well as the wellbeing of the Bahujan community and nation.

It works on the principle of Dr Baba Sahab Bhim Rao Ambedkar , where he teach us the power of unity within the community, from this inspiration WTPIDS was came into existence, where it aims at

  • * To organise doctors of Bahujan (indigenous community )
  • * Payback to the society
    ----- Student welfare
    ----- Social welfare
  • * To protect the rights and privileges of Bahujan community doctors working in the fields of medical profession
IDS is an sangha of Ambedkarite Doctors of all dicplines those who believe in the ideology and philosophy of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar and want to work for Payback to society.


HOW JOURNEY STARTED

A meeting was called in Panipat on 25th july 2021 about 100 noble characters from more than 12 states gathered . Doctors, engineers, teachers, businessmans, litterateur ,etc different fields were accepted willingly to plan and taken responsibilities related event for future . In the meeting Dr U V SINGH, DR K K SAHARE, DR RAJKUMARI BANSAL , DR KANCHAN LATA ,DR SEEMA PARKASH ,DR SUDESH PRAKASH ,DR U S LAL , MR. KARAMVIR BAUDDH, MR.RAJBIR PUNIA and so many others social activists were present. In the end of meeting proposal came to organize next meeting. DR U S LAL from Lucknow accepted the challenge and announced to organize 1st Doctors conclave in Lucknow .The 1st Doctors conclave was held on *26th December 2021 at Lucknow.In the meeting more than 250 Doctors and about 100 other fields social Activists were present from different states and planned how to organize Doctors at pan India level and work of payback to society. After that " To organize Ambedkarite Doctors for Payback to society " journey started.


DOCTORS CONCLAVE

DR RAJKUMARI BANSAL taken the responsibility to organize 2nd Doctors conclave which was held on 26th June 2022 at Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh where about 200 Doctors attended the meeting. In the meeting a Pannel Discussed on the atrocities in medical colleges with sc,st students and planned for a atrocities committee which shall be taken cognizance if any atrocities will be happen with students in medical colleges .


3rd DOCTORS CONCLAVE

Prof. Dr. K K SAHARE taken responsibilities to organize 3rd Doctors conclave at Bilaspur Chhattisgarh .11 December 2023 on the eve of birth anniversary of respected Sant Gurughasidas baba.

250-300 doctors were participated the conclave and we also invited our MBBS Students for their views regarding study in medical science and they were ask their problems during course some one asked about fail in course due to discrimination of caste which is heard by all participants doctors and search about how to remove the this views of others fellow.

Some of the social activist were also participated During the session one panthi dance were performed by local satnami samaj youngsters which is like by all who were present. 4rth DOCTORS CONCLAVE NETERHAT JHARKHAND Doctors Sangiti Organised by We the people at Primitive Tribe Girls primary school Neterhat a hills of Queen on 25 June 2023 . Doctors from different states of India participated in Sangiti. Dr Birendra Kumar and madam Manju Kumari,Dr Sanjay Kumar HOD department of Surgery, Palamau Medical College, Daltonganj jharkhand were Organiser of the program.

Dr Vijay kishor Rajak,Dr.Sidama pd,Dr.jitendra Kumar ,Dr.Janamjay Kumar,Dr.Badna ,Dr Neelam Horo,Dr.Pramod Kumar from Patna Bihar Dr.Virendra Kumar from Garhwa participated .About 150 active members of RBM also participated.

R.P.Ranjan, Bimla Kumari Ashok Samrat and Sanjay Kumar Agriculture Scientist Ram pd retired inspector , Retired DySP Ram Chandra Ram Human rights Dr.Santosh and madam as special guest members also participated the program.

7th NATIONAL DOCTORS CONCLAVE organized by Dr Manoj Kumar at Bodhgaya Bihar on 8 December 2024 .about 100 Doctors and social activists were present in the meeting. After meeting participants went to Bodhgaya enlighten Buddha Vihar and Rajgir 8th IDS DOCTORS CONCLAVE To organize Goa Doctors conclave Responsibility taken by DR ULHAS K CHANDELKAR . the Ambedkarite people of Goa got golden oppurtunity to organize and host 8th Indigenous Doctors Sangha Conclave on 16th February 2025 in the heart of capital city of Goa i.e. Panaji Goa at the Institute Menezes Braganza.

Goa's IDS conclave was the firstever conclave organized after obtaining official registration of IDS.

In the conclave more than 120 Ambedkarite professionals, socio-educational activists from 12 different states including Goa attended this meet. Conclave were started with Trisaran Panchasheel, Buddha puja followed by self introduction by all the delegates, presentation of ongoing developmental work in social, educational, medical, spiritual and others fields by eminents social activists and group discussions on much needed topics to bring holistic transformations in our community at Pan India level.
