WE THE PEOPLE- INDIGENOUS DOCTORS SANGHA (IDS)

Aim:
WTPIDS (We the people indigenous doctor sangh) has been formed by the bahujan doctors for the overall development of bahujan doctors as well as the wellbeing of the Bahujan community and nation.

It works on the principle of Dr Baba Sahab Bhim Rao Ambedkar , where he teach us the power of unity within the community, from this inspiration WTPIDS was came into existence, where it aims at

* To organise doctors of Bahujan (indigenous community )
* Payback to the society - 1. Student welfare 2. Social welfare
* To protect the rights and privileges of Bahujan community doctors working in the fields of medical profession

Vision:
WTPIDS cherish the ideology of DR Baba Sahab BR Ambedkar. It work on the principle of democracy to maintain dignity, honour and social security of the Bahujan doctors in the country.

Objectives:
  • • To organize and foster sense of unity and fraternity among the doctors of Indigenous community (SC, ST, OBC and converted religious minority) at Pan India level.
  • • To promote and safeguard the special rights and privileges of students of Indigenous communities and to fight against the discriminatory attitude towards the students.
  • • To work for health awareness programs among weaker sections of the society and to improve their standard of living.
  • • To fight against exploitation, discrimination, casteism and untouchability and to procure legal aid for the benefit of the people of Bahujan community in an attempt to secure them economic and social justice.
  • • To protect the rights and privileges of Bahujan community doctors working in the field of medical profession
  • • To promote and safeguard the special rights and Privileges granted to the weaker sections and Bahujan community doctors under the provisions of the Indian Constitution.
  • • To take action for redressal of grievances of the members during their services career.
  • • To publish periodical, journals and information bulletins and to arrange seminars, lectures, exhibitions.
  • • To establish clinics, hospitals and educational institutions to pay back to society and sense of fraternity in the society in general.
